Avatar state is the state of being in which your individual consciousness has become one with the collective consciousness. The name is borrowed from Avatar: The Last Airbender (I highly recommend you watch the series).
When one has become one with the collective consciousness, they feel all of the feelings of the collective consciousness. They can utilize the inner drive of the collective consciousness. They can channel the love/light of the collective consciousness. They can access the wisdom of the collective consciousness. They can even help the collective consciousness expand into multidimensional consciousness.
Needless to say, achieving this state can be very beneficial for the entire planet. However, achieving it has been rather difficult for us. Most people can barely even achieve a state of stillness in the present moment.
Today, I will discuss a method of achieving this state effortlessly.
It is called, the dance of life.
I learned this method through embodying the four elements through dance. This makes sense since we must ground these multidimensional experiences into our physical body in order to maintain them for extended periods.
While dancing, I realized that certain elements were expressed through certain styles of physical movement.
The element of earth would relate to how grounded you were. Being grounded would most easily be expressed through footwork.
The element of water would relate to your ability to flow. Flowing would be most easily expressed through waving and smooth movement.
The element of fire would relate to your drive. Drive would be most easily expressed with energetic, expressive movements.
The element of air would relate to your perception. Perception would be most easily expressed through the use of your entire body and the space around you.
As I was dancing, I would notice that certain elements would be lacking in my physical movement that were also lacking in my daily life. I also noticed that embodying certain elements caused things from the corresponding layer to surface.
For example, if I was embodying the element of fire through dance, I noticed limiting beliefs and false securities come to the surface. If I was embodying the element of water, I would notice feelings come to the surface.
Also note that these elements and layers correspond to chakras. The root chakra represents the element of earth. The sacral chakra represents the element of water. The solar plexus chakra represents the element of fire. The heart chakra represents the element of air.
This understanding can be applied to your general life. I call this the dance of life.
Throughout the day, you may notice that a certain element may be lacking in expression.
The lack of that element will automatically tell you two things.
What chakra/s am I experiencing a blockage in?
What layer/s of a subconscious pattern am I struggling with?
After answering those two questions, you have just identified blind spots.
Now, you can work to bring consciousness to those areas of your life.
It is expected that each compartment that surfaces from your subconscious will have a different elemental state than the others. In this way, learning to resolve subconscious patterns will teach you how to master all four elements and apply them together. When you can apply all four elements effortlessly, you will achieve avatar state.
